Woman 10 years younger?

Question

I have started dating a woman who is 23 and I'm 33, what do you think is it too big an age gap? I don't want to waste time, and it would be interesting to get a perspective from people who have been through this before, would a woman aged 23 consider having a long term relationship with someone ten years older, what are their thoughts and worries for being with a man older than them?  

p.s. i know all the old adages, about its the individual, if you like her go for it etc. id like experienced replies if there are any out there please share! thanks!

Mary Cathleen Collins was 16 when she began hanging out with John Derek. They married when she was 19 and he was 51. She changed her name to Bo Derek and they remained married until his death.

Women like older men because they are more mature. They can provide more, have their own place to live and more money. She is in her prime and looking  for a possible foundation for her future. I've known younger girls who live with older men for a place to live. Women look for men who will take care and provide for their needs.
