With a Windows two in one laptop 10.5 in screen can you download itunes onto it ?

itunes is apple software for macbooks and you have a window laptop so the answer is no and besides which why would you even want to?? itunes is full of bloatware, DRM and the quality is crap, 256kbps tops...
