I love red wine and I make red wine from scratch. I start with black grapes. I go through all the process of crushing, fermenting and separations and sedimentation. I bottle them it feel there is enough alcohol there. But my wine is very watery It does not have an intense dark color. I don't add water. What am I missing? What should I do to make it with rich body, like commercial wine? Do they add something to make rich? what is the trick?
