Windows 10 graphics update?

I have an intel Celeron N3060 and I want to know if I can update the graphic drive. its Intel (r) graphics. can I update this? I have windows 10.

Changing from d-sub connection to my monitor has increased the speed of my new computer and monitor to 2 microseconds.; The hdmi is better quality cable. The vga plug is still on the computer but will not be used.
