I know I've been eating little, but I've been currently eating 500 calories or less a day. Well, trying to but I have had a few occasional binges :( I'm being taken out for a meal tonight. I always have Korma there as I don't like anything else on the menu. If I was to have Korma (with rice and chips not that it matters) could that make me put on weight permanently? Considering my metabolism has most likely slowed down could that make me gain all the weight back that I have lost? I really don't want to go to food but there's nothing I can do, Korma is a really fattening food too with so many calories but there's no way out of it :( Thank you for your time

You need to read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Calories have nothing to do with it. You should be eating about 0.4 gram of complete protein per pound of body weight every day, counting only 6 grams per egg, 12 grams per glass of milk, and 24 grams per quarter pound of meat. That comes out to about 65 grasms for a female and 90 grams for a male. Eat veggies with every meal, or whole grain bread every day, to keep your bowel movements regular.
Fat is made of carbon and hydrogen. The only way it comes out of the body is if it is turned into carbon dioxide and water and then it comes out through the lungs. So that involves a lot of heavy breathing, and that means jogging or aerobic dancing. Figure on losing one pound per week when you are doing things right.
