Will the operating system in my hard drive still load if I moved it to a new computer?

I'm building a compter and everything is new except for the hard drive which is taken from another computer I have. Will the operating system still load on the new computer or will I have to purchase another copy of Windows 7 or whatever os it is?

no, you will not be able to use the already installed OS. but instead buying another copy, I think you shold have the installation kit of the old one that you can install on the new coputer? if not, indeed you will need to buy another copy

No, OSs are specific to the device they are installed on. You will need to buy a new OS for each computer you have.
