I ended up at the ER due to severe stomach pain and dizziness and they took a blood and urine sample from me. I didn't think pregnancy was very likely the cause but I thought it might still be possible. They came back and told me that everything was fine and that I was just experiencing an abnormally painful ovulation process or something like that. I've had two normal periods since then but the third one I had lasted almost a week longer than normal. I was wondering if pregnancy could be causing it and if the doctors just didn't tell me the results of the samples I gave them. The last days of my period were heavier than spotting but still very light and it's partly brown and partly bright red. Please help!
Will the doctors at the ER tell you if you're pregnant?
