look theres a girl who i like in 9th grade and im in 10th grade. i liked her since last month and i want to ask her out. so if i just go to her and ask her out, will she reject me because she dont know me well? and if i have to be friends with her first, how can i be friends with her? i cant just say hi to her cuz she hangout with her friends and i rarely see her alone, so it makes it harder to say hi and introduce myself

well, I have the same problem, she's always with her friends and she's not in the same program than me but, when I met her, it's because we were having the same judo class, (coincidence)so..... we began to be friends. but now, I want to ask her out...........
I think, your best advantage is to try to be friend with her first (in an activity, sports or something....) and then, you should ask her out.
That's what I think. maybe it will not work, maybe it will work.
To be honest, all your questions can be answered only if you take action. Take a few deep breaths, be positive, keep your head up and ask her.
But from the way you described your situation, it would be nice if you make friends with her first. Get to know her and let her get to know you. But remember, don't try to act cool or tough or anything like that. Just be yourself and talk to her like you talk to anyone else. One of the most important things to remember when talking to girls is that they're just girls. Normal human beings like us. No need to get all nervous.
And you said you rarely see her alone, right?
Well, you can always bring your own group of friends and you guys can talk to her group. I know it's gonna feel awkward if you approach her and her friends on your own, so let your friends come with you.
Every relationship begins with a greeting. Once you say "hi" to her, it opens a door for a whole new world of conversations, complete with dragons and rainbows! (just kidding)
When developing your friendship with her, don't go too fast. Take it slow and ride the current. Don't struggle and just keep calm.
When you feel that both of you are comfortable with each other, maybe you can ask her for her phone number and you guys can text each other.
The possibilities are endless!!!
And then you can ask her out when you think the time is right.
