its simple question whether real bro n sis and parents will meet each other knowing their relationship in world

absolutely. here on earth, we recognize one another by the way we look and sound. but even if you went blind and deaf, you would feel the presence of the people you love when they were near. that goes beyond the physical being. that kind of communication is strictly soul to soul. so it is in heaven.

There's no way to tell but I think about it like this in the bible it says heaven is comepletely happy and no tears. So if you don't have your family then how can you be completely happy right?

obviously no... becoz we will be new people whn our soul is in heaven.. so we wont be able to recognize them but we caan be happy becoz heaven is a place of god and god himself..
