I am in highschool and I earned straight A's except for one C+ that I earned in middle school for highschool credit. Will this affect getting into a really really good college?
Will one C+ affect college?

I don't think 1 C+ will change your otherwise perfect looking GPA. It shouldn't, anyway. But I think you should ask your guidance counsellor for clarification. They may be able to help you if they think the C+ may get in the way.
They might be able to suggest other options that might look good on your transcript.
Before applying to college, be sure that you have some community service work listed on your resume. Most colleges love students that have community service because it shows that you like to help people.
And also be sure to apply yourself in as many school activities as possible - be it teams/groups or volunteering for fundraisers and things like that. Put everything on your resume, as that's what colleges may look for as well as your high school transcript/credits.
