I'm currently taking the combined pill (Microgynon), I was taking this every night at 9pm. When the clocks went forward my alarm automatically changed to 10pm, I've recently started working late nights and don't get a chance to take the pill until I get home, which changes between 10pm and just after midnight every night. Will this effect how my pill is working? Is there a much greater risk that I could be pregnant?
Will my pill still work properly?

No, the drug has a half-life in your system of 20-23 hours, meaning that after that time, about half the drug remains in your system, after another 20-23 hours, you go down to a quarter. A few hours isn't going to meaningfully affect how much you have in your system, so long as you maintain the dosage at reasonably close time (within 4 hours or so). You should talk to a doctor and ask how long it is safe to take a dose after the scheduled time, and when you should instead skip the does to avoid a spike in the medications.
