She meows a lot. Is this a kitten thing that she'll grow out of, or a personality trait that she'll always have? Also, when she sees me, she'll meow and excitedly run up to me like she wants my attention, but when I go to pick her up or walk near her, she'll run under my bed (and sometimes keep meowing at me). What does this mean? Does she want me or not? Also, I hear her meowing when I'm not around either, so I know she doesn't only meow when I'm around.
Will my kitten always meow?

It is probably just a phase she's going through. Kittens are not physically mature enough to make other vocalizations such as hissing or growling until they grow into adult cats. Kittens often meow when they are excited, scared, hungry, or uncomfortable. She still wants you, but you still need to wait for her to get used to living in your house. Once she becomes an adult and gets used to being in your house, then she will probably meow less often.
