This is not a drug test specifically. I am having to go to the doctor for a medical examination to be fitted for a respirator. During the process I must pee in a cup to test for diabetes, viruses, diseases, illnesses ect. I do smoke marijuana. I guess my question is will the doctor be able to see the thc in my urine under this type of test? But more importantly, is the doctor obligated to inform my employer of drug use? The company will pay for this examination. I have heard I can amend certian parts of the report before it is sent to employers. I also have read that I can ask the doctor not to release medical information anyone without my consent. Please respond approiatly. I also have a bottle of synthetic piss that I know works for drug tests but again this is not a drug test, but a health assessment.
