Will lens from one 35mm fit another 35mm?

I have Minolta SRT 102 but I'm looking to buy a canon ae program will the lens from the Minolta fit the canon? They are both circa 70s/80s 35 mm cameras…

There are several standard lens mounts, and you can get adapters to mount any lens on any camera.
