What is "economy increase" supposed to mean? The word comes from Greek oikonomia, which means a household. The English word means management, as in the class "home economy", and since management always involves pinching pennies, the word comes to mean money management and frugality.
Did you buy something today? Let's suppose you bought a pencil. Which one? Did you buy a specific color, or brand, or just take one from the bin nearest the checkout line? Now imagine all such decisions made by everybody. The total of all decisions in an area is called the economy of that area. It is usually measured in units of the local currency, but the same concept can apply to air for a diver or bullets for a combat soldier or anything else that is in limited supply. Once you understand this, you realize that it is silly to talk about an economy doing anything.
