Hi! I'm currently 14 years old and 5'2". I'm very late in puberty, (pretty much finished developing) and I got my period two years ago. I never had a growth spurt since I started puberty, and I've only gained an inch in the past year. Is my height just delayed?
Will I never have a growth spurt?

Just so you know, my mother is 5'3" and my father is 5'7". They're both not the tallest people in the world, and none of my other relatives are particularly tall either so I don't know if I'm done growing.

Usually females stop growing in height around 16-17 years old where as guys stop growing in height somewhere in their early twenty's, I'm estimating here I dont know the exact ages. You still have some time to grow. I suggest you play basketball as pastime. Trust me, it helps. My friend used to be very short and took up basketball as a hobby and had a huge growth spurt. I'm not saying it works for everybody but it worked for my friend. Also try stretching. Don't worry if you don't grow taller though because I'm sure youre beautiful either way, no one wants to be freakishly tall like those super models, and short is fun size :)
Best wishes.
You're welcome (:
Thank you!
