So I'm female, 19 years old, 5ft 5inches, and I weigh 14stone :O previously i was doing no exercise (I hardly left the house) and I ate 80% fatty sugary foods. My family and I love pasta so we ate a lot of it with cheese and all. We also went to get chocolate most nights.
As of 3 days ago I have been watching my calories and having been eating between 1500-1800 calories. I've also been avoiding foods such as chocolate, cake, biscuits, cheese, butter, crisps and other oily/fatty/sugary foods. I've been avoiding pasta, and I've cut down on bread a lot. Ive also been watching portion sizes where as before I always ate till I was very full. I've started going for 30 minute walks each day (I can't jog as I have a large chest area and it can be painful). I've also been doing around 40 mins of pilates each day. Will this make me lose weight? Also is rice better than pasta?
