I happily pay child support for my 4 year old son but the mother of my son is using the money on her self and now is pregnant with her husband's child. She is now threatening me that my child support will go up since she is having a baby. She said that since she does not have a job abd I pay half of the living cost for her to support my son she will show that she is not financial stable to have both kids so my support will go up to insure my son has the right amount of money to live. I would not mind paying more money if the state be lives my son needs it but if it goes up because of a child that is not mine I do not agree with that. Can she do that?
Will I have to pay more child support if my x girlfriend has a kid with her husband?

The baby she is carrying is not your responsibility it belongs to her husband the state will see this because this is her husbands responsibilitys not yours i would get ahold of support enforcement let them know what she is trying to do i would get a attorney that can take this issue to be in front of a judge this will stop her dead in her tracks the judge needs to know what she is doing with the money the judge will ask her why she can't function and won't let her to take advantage of the situation i would start the ball rolling as soon as you can is child support involved i would talk to them as soon as you can if she can't support the child meaning yours then why does she still have him its not your fault that she chose to have another baby don't let her do this.
take action now so she can't think she is untouchable very important
Thank u I have been backed in to a corner and I don't feel her threats are fare I have not given her an issue with supporting my son and she continues to use this other unborn child to get at me.
