I've been eating 3 hot meals a day (plus fruit between breakfast~lunch and lunch~dinner) forever. Recently, I decided to erase all sweet/unhealthy things from my diet and began keeping a food diary. However, I've noticed that my usual intake has become only around 600 - 700, not including the 100Kcal MINIMUM I burn through walking everyday. Honestly, I feel totally fine. I'm 12years old and weigh 36.6kg, but I'm worried if my body will ever go into starvation mode because of this. Here's an example of what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: Porridge - 181Kcal (I weigh my food lol)
Snack: Mini Plum Things - 14Kcal
Lunch: Vegetarian Spaghetti - 182Kcal
Dinner: Turkey and Rice - 188.6Kcal
Cucumber salad - 10kcal
That's 575Kcal. I also burned 150 through walking to the shops and back. What do you think? Will my body go into Starvation Mode and will I gain weight???
P.S. Sometimes, 'cos it's Summer, I eat a scoop of Ice Cream, but that's only about 150Kcal too. -_-
