I think it's about a little girl and her grandfather, towards the end of the video the little girl is singing at a little completion or something and she's singing the words to the actual song but the person who sings this song is male, and the grandfather is crying with happiness watching her.
It's quite a sad song aswell.
I know that's little to none information but it's bugging me so any insight is welcome,
