In science I got 124% overall grade. The issue is I had many missing work so it brought it down a lot, if I do my missing work and turned it in with all the problems correct I would get 80% since I was late. Would I be able to bring it back to 124% or will the B lower what my grade used to be. For example a 97% once all of my missing work is completed.

This is a question you need to adk your teacher since we dont know how grading method is being used.
Common sense says turning the work in should bring your grade up. The fact that you lose points for turning work in late means you cannot reach the exact same level that you once had. You should be higher than now but you cannot bring it back to the same level as if all work had been turned in on time.
