Why won't soundcloud let me change my profile picture?

Okay, So I went to my profile and clicked on edit and then "choose new image" then it brings up my current profile picture and below it says "Upload new image" I click it and nothing happens at all, no matter how many times I click it, it just won't do anything or take me anywhere. Nothing happens at all. Does anyone know why?

I would also try another browser. I use latest version of Chrome for Windows and have no problems.

Your email has to be verified. Mine wasn't and it didn't let me change my profile picture but then I verified my email and it did.
