Why won't my tongue stay clean?

The human mouth isn't supposed to be clean. The most we can do is put a very temporary solution on it (brush teeth, floss, mouthwash etc.). If you're that concerned about it though, just invest in a tongue scraper. You can find them in the same isle as toothbrushes.
