Someone tried resetting it and I had someone replace the elements and the breakers, and I still have no hot water.
You need somebody to look and see what's wrong. It does not help to replace things until you know what needs to be replaced.
Check the wire and connection. If you don;t have an idea just call a professional plumber for checking the system.
