Why will my collar not chock/ work correctly? All batteries/ lights etc work fine. I have gone through all of the programming procedures over and over but it will no longer work. (Yes it is fully charged and functioning) it was working just fine as it is supposed to when I first got it. Then I think I messed with the dog2 buttons and I put it on the charger. It no longer functions correctly. The lights all work accordingly as they are supposed to. I know how to turn it off and on. (I have the manual) but for some reason it will no longer shock/correct like it's supposed to. Please help! I need to use it very badly. Text 509-386-one five four three pleaaase!
