Why we should not store oxygen and acetyline together?

those cylinders often leak. the two gases mixed can explode by static igniting them & can burn through most materials,inc steel and cement. acetyline alone is bad enough but oxygen added makes it super hot and more dangerous. mixed with oxygen it will even burn super hot under water.
