Was it because John was more needy than the others? This was brought up at a leaders training and in a way I disagreed with the teacher . So could you give me your answer? thank you, Barbara

I'm pretty sure Jesus like Barnabus the best. Barnabus was always patient with Jesus and it was Barnabus who carried the loaves and fishes to the crowd of people. Barnabus was also the ONLY disciple to sing an ode to the life of Jesus afer Jesus died for our sins. Jesus himself said that Barnabus was the only man he loved deeply. I know John was also a favorite but I think Barnabus was #1.
