Why old age homes are mushrooming up in modernisation?

Because so many people are living to advanced ages, and many/most of them have insurance, and the children can't take care of them because they have to work long hours because taxes are so heavy. They are unable to properly raise their children for the same reason. Heavy taxes always act to break up family ties.
