Why my tv doesn´t turn on?

I have a SAMSUNG UE 40 D8000 that doesn&acute;t turn on. I have changed the capacitors but the TV still doesn&acute;t turn on. Could somebody give any advise?

I think it is better to bring your television at the repair shop or hire technician who are good in television. You can also ask the Samsung repair center about the condition of your television.
