Why my laptop (lenovo g450, win 8.1 pro) keeps shutting down in boot up?

Can't tell you, bring it in to a tech expert, like best buy or some local shop that you trust. I hate to tell you that, but it's really the only way. There's just too many reasons why it could be shutting down.
