Why my back hurts sleeping on the geal form memory matters?

It's "gel", like jello, and "foam" meaning lots of bubbles. "Memory foam" means it takes the shape of your body and then you can't roll over or stretch or move at all. It's like sleeping in a mold made of wood. Your body can not stand to be restricted that way. It's better to sleep on the floor.
