Thank you!!

not quite: the war actually started about 60 years ago. south korea joined the US's proliferation plans and north was not too happy. they were disgusted and thought the southernmost part was weak. they thought the north should get more land, as well. they fought and fought for a peninsula. this led to a war of the ages. 60 yrs ago, the leaders of both armies were shot along with leutenants and commanders. they had to train new ones from almost scratch. north finished first, and started their invasion. then tye south finished, and now the war is still going on now. sorry for the loong story.

It is okay
Thank you

It will be hard to me to write that much...

They're not at war. They've been at war in the past and at threatening to be at war in the very near future. The most reasonable explanation is that winning a war makes governments popular and sometimes governments start wars just to bolster themselves.

north korea invaded south korea because they wanted more land and south korea did not have a strong army all of their soldiers were not trained and outnumbered also they had no tanks
so north korea invaded south korea since they were such an easy opponent
