I've been thinking about it for a while now, and I'm wondering why teenagers' mental health is an issue that is never discussed? I feel it's quite important, I want to start up a charity when I'm a bit older.
I am a teenager who has a mental illness and I think it would be great to teach it in schools and get other teens aware of the seriousness of the issue.
The way I see it, most adults ignore teenage symptoms with regards to mental health, and even physical health because they assume it's all just them being emotional and that it's their hormones making them feel and act a certain way.
