At first I thought it was because it was cold but then it continued after my hands were warmed up. Its only in my right hand though. I have trouble gripping things and am having to force my hand to move. It seems to freeze up. I've been sick lately but I don't know if that has anything to do with this. I'm also only 17 years-old. Please help me figure out what's going on. Its very uncomfortable and is preventing me from doing some things.

Is there a lot of pain or just being uncomfortable why I say this is have you done anything repetitive with your hand constantly rotating where you feel pain it could be nerve damage tendonitis could be from a injury if it doesn't get better I would see a dr see what the dr has to say about it carpal tunnel could be another issue.
