I have a 15 gallon tank with 2 ghost shrimp and 2 full grown platys(male and female). I have had the female platy for 2 years and 4 months. I am not sure what the amonia or nitrate is(dont have a kit) but i constantly change 50% of th water every week(I add conditioner and stress coat and chlorine remover). I also have a baby fry that is an half inch long and the fry stays at the bottom of the tank until i feed them and the fry swims around every where. I recently had another femal tjat died 6 months ago(this one was 6 months older that the yellow femal platy).
But if anybody can give me advice on why my platy floats at the top on its side? I also have a video but i am unsure how to post the video
Thanks! She is still alive and when i come to the tank she starts to swim at the top of the tank and cant go to the bottom of the tank(this was last night) and now when i checked on her this morning, she is swimming at the bottom of the tank and the top like nothing happened
