Whenever I drink a cold drink, one of my front teeth starts to hurt. It doesn't exactly feel like tooth sensitivity, just tooth pain...

Don't worry, I had the same problem before, usually it is poor enamel on your teeth. enamel is a coating on your tooth that protects your tooth. poor enamel will result in pain when your tooth comes in contact with cold substances and eventually hot substances. tooth enamel can be wore down by starches, sugars, or acid in fruits or orange juice, etc. also, 3D enamel white strips products have been found to break that down, I am not sure weather that is true or not, but I would try and stay away from that, don't want to chance it. when this happened to me, unfortunately my dentist told me once enamel is gone, it cannot be replaced. in order to help with this my dentist suggested using fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. just try not to swallow it. dentist offices also usually offer protective coating to put on your teeth, but that can be pricey without good insurance. I hope this helps you, and I wish you the best of luck!
