I recently purchased headphones with a microphone on them, however whenever I try to do something that needs a microphone, it does not let me use the headset mic. The headphone model is Soyle SY-480M.V stereo headphones. I also have gone as far as I can to install my latest microphone driver for my computer, and that does still now fix the problem. My comouter model is a ROG G751JY. How can I get the microphone on the headset to work?
Why is my computer not recognizing my headphone mic?

Yeah, We would have to know how your interfacing the mic connection ("via USB" or via your "Sound Card"?) Audio IN and OUT has to be configured in the Device manager and often times a USB device assumes the duty of BOTH IN and OUT and the OUT should be your Sound Card if its analog HP s...Let us know if both mic and hps are plugged in USB and operate together from this port OR are they plugged into the Sound Card via 3.5mm plug Analog.
