Well, I don't have much info to share here honestly, but i have bought FujiFilm Instax mini 8 camera recently as a gift, and i had compared it with polaroid SP01W, i did notice that their sizes vary depending on that little white space below the pic, where hand-written comments/signatures fit. Now, polaroid SP01W (different than yours i assume) doesn't have that little white space, meaning that the film is a bit smaller (around 2 cm i assume?) while fujifilm did, and its film was bigger. I found buying them online best option for me to avoid choosing the wrong film, some got awesome filters btw, i shop them on aliexpress :)
