I need the answer. I am struggling

I'm sorry for you. Life can be very difficult sometimes. I don't know what part of your life is difficult, but these problems in life will make you stronger in the future. Even if it doesn't seem like it, it will.
Life has to be hard. It isn't possible to do or have whatever you want all day, for free. You have to contribute what you take from society.
If you are dealing with problems in school, it will help you later on in life. If you suddenly drop out now, how likely would you be to get a good job versus if you graduate from university?
If you are dealing with problems with your social life, there are 7 billion people in the world. Many would want to be your friend.
If you are dealing with someone close to you passing away, remember that all good things must come to an end. If everyone could live forever, the earth would be gone by now.
If this doesn't answer your question, please give us more details on your life and what parts are hard.
Twenty one years ago I asked that same question. Life was a struggle and it seemed so unfair and hopeless. It seemed so hard to continue to move forward even though I worked hard. Then I asked myself "Is there a purpose to life?" I truly believe there has to be a Creator because evolution cannot give satisfying answers. I also realized that religions are struggling themselves to give answers.
One doctor by the name of Rollo May wrote "Our whole existence, including our sense of morality and the morality itself should be connected with the Creator." The only adequate structure for morality is that based upon the ultimate meaning of life.” Where is that to be found? He continued: “The ultimate structure is the nature of God. The principles of God are the principles which underlie life from the beginning of creation to the end.”
We can well understand, then, why the psalmist was displaying both humility and wisdom when he begged the Creator: “Make me know your own ways, O Jehovah; teach me your own paths. Make me walk in your truth and teach me, for you are my God of salvation.” (Psalm 25:4, 5) As he came to know the Creator better, the psalmist’s life certainly would have had more meaning, purpose, and direction. The same can be so with each of us.—Exodus 33:13.
