I don't do it out of spite, the sadder someone is the happier I feel as if it's the polar opposite emotion. I'm even into dacryphilia. I don't go out of my way to hurt people.

Laughing or chuckles when someone breaks or cry usually happens when you believe the person involved needed a lesson, but this does not usually happen when the person breaks or cry is innocent.
Being happy when someone is sad can be different to the emotions above. If your friend is sad and your cheering them up then that's being positive and is a good thing, but if your happy to see someone sad this could relate to dacryphilia, this is usually an emotion of being in control, I think it's just part of our genes and it's just stronger in you. A way to get rid of this emotion is learning empathy rather than sympathy.
