because rice is cheap and you can buy it in bulk sizes. like those ten pound sacks and you can use rice for different recipes.

maybe what you mean is rice is inseparable to income because they are basically included in our food and food is our necessity to live and have energy if we dont have rice or food then we cant do work of loads so that is why you cannot separate rice from income because food gets the biggest part in the income in family everywhere
