I started jogging few days ago, around 4-5 days. At first I walk for around 2 kms and then at the end of 2nd kilometre I start running, not at full speed but at nominal speed for about 1 km and then I stop. But when I stop, I feel so much pain in my legs that I can barely walk back home and if I stop after jogging and sit down for few minutes, I couldn't get up for about half an hour. So I walk back home like I'm just about to die due to the pain and that pain remains for about more than a hour. Please suggest me what to do.
