Why I'm feeling like there is no one to love in this world since I lost my boyfriend?

This is called depression. I'm not sure if you mean your boyfriend passed away or if you broke up, but this is depression. This should NOT be ignored. Depression can get worse if you don't address it. I don't know who you are, but I know that there is someone who cares about you. We influence people we don't even know. There are a few options that can help you. I have listed some things below.

IF YOU HAVE SUICIDAL THOUGHTS SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY!

Medical option: Speak to a physician about depression medication. These do help. It may take a little to find the right medication brand and dosage, but they do help. I also am on depression medications myself. Depression medication can be temporary or permanent. Always speak to your physician about this and never go off of depression medication without asking physician. Some medications can cause delusions and other really bad things if you stop instantly and some don't.

Non medical option: Though depression medication can be helpful it's not the only thing I would rely on. The best thing to do is to talk to someone. This may seem cliche but it's important. You can talk to friends or family, a professional psychologist, there are free hotlines with volunteers that willingly help and listen to those with depression. After this you can find hobbies or something that can help keep you busy. Though it's a good thing to take time off and process it's also important to not take forever and end up locking yourself away. Keeping a positive mind is hard to do when you're depressed, but it's important to keep positive even in the tiniest things. Also exposure to sunlight is important. Depression increases with lack of exposure to sunlight. There is also:

Recognizing and challenging your critical inner voice
• Identifying and feeling your anger
• Engaging in aerobic activity
• Putting yourself in social or non-isolated situations
• Doing activities you once enjoyed, even when you don’t feel like it
• Watching a funny movie or show
• Refusing to punish yourself for feeling bad
* sleep, but don't over sleep

There's a lot more you can do, but ultimately find someone to help you. Don't be alone.
