To maintain your bains capacity to expand and be able to increase your knowedge in which ever field you're studying. Health doesn't only maintain weight, but also for physiological and mental purposes. It gives you a greater motivation and sense of acomplishment once noticing differences.

Payoff 1. Exercise boosts your immune system. In school, students encounter stress and body pain so exercise is a great help.
Payoff 2. Exercise releases chemicals into the brain that calm you like running and walking. You can get refreshed physically, and emotionally and it’s a great relief.
Payoff 3. Exercise can increase your fun like biking, hiking and swimming. It can help you to manage you stress in school.
