Why hasn't my stomach flu gone away yet?

I've already tried a lot of things like eating slow, eating six small meals, resting and finally (the best cure) PRAYING! I know praying doesn't work like this especially right away but I'm a christian and I won't let that stop me. And So far nothing works. Please answer this. P.S I'm 12.
