My best friend of 20 years recently had a baby. Ever since she found out she was pregnant she hasn’t really talked to me. I have been completely supportive and excited for her.
I understand this is stressful and busy time for her. I never even got invited to one baby shower, even after hinting that I would like to attend a shower.
I really thought she was just busy and didn’t have time for me until recently I found out she had been talking and hanging out with our mutual friends, and completely ignoring me.
Should this be my sign to move on with life and write off our friendship?
I don’t want to be known as the annoying girl who can’t take a hint.
