Because gods don't exist, they are products of our imagination created to a) explain things which we couldn't at the time and/or b) control people. No god or gods can "reveal" themselves because they simply don't exist. You may as well wonder why Santa Clause has never been seen putting presents under the Xmas tree or why the tooth fairy has never been seen.
Well, no.. not in the slightest. We are biological organisms no different to any other animal (or plant). We are not special and we do not contain anything that is "divine". When we die, that is the end, there is nothing afterwards.
It is assumed that the human beings are the supreme elements of creation because of intelligence which is not given to any other elements as much given to man. So if the assumption is true, why to put them for a test? Why people with extreme intelligence even believe in God?
Why God wants to test his creation? If human is meant for eternal life, he could always create perfect man and save them? it shows his ignorance about the outcome of human life..isn't it?
No, it shows your ignorance of spiritual matters. Man was not made for eternal life, he was made to take care of the garden. Man was not created. Spirits are created. It is all explained in the bible, but you ignore that and follow the preaching of some stranger and that is why you don't know these things. Read a chapter of Proverbs every day. Proverbs has 31 chapters so you can keep your place by just looking at a calendar. There is no religion or nothing in Proverbs and you don't have to believe anything. Just read every day. When you are comfortable with that, then read the bible from Romans to 2 Thessalonians over and over until you start to remember what it says. That is the part that applies to Christians.
There are people beyond christianity. Don't they have any right for eternal life? You mean to say only people who found Jesus will be saved?
At Exodus Exodus 33:19, 20 God said to Moses: But he said: “I will make all my goodness pass before your face, and I will declare before you the name of Jehovah; and I will favor the one whom I favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I show mercy.” 20 But he added: “You cannot see my face, for no man can see me and live.”
Jehovah revealed himself to us through his creative works, which make known certain aspects of his personality—the vastness of his power, the richness of his wisdom, the abundance of his love. (Romans 1:20) But Jehovah’s revelation of himself does not stop with the things he created. Ever the Great Communicator, he provided a written revelation of himself in his Word, the Bible.
When Jesus Christ was on the earth people saw him, talked to him, listened to him, saw him perform many miracles including raising the dead. But did they all believe in him. No. They put him to death.
So if God revealed himself to man today , they would do just the same as they did to his son. They would not believe.
But, God does reveal his existence. In every living thing he has created he has shown his almighty power.
Definition: The Supreme Being, whose distinctive name is Jehovah. The Hebrew language uses terms for “God” that convey the idea of strength, also of majesty, dignity, and excellence. In contrast to the true God, there are false gods. Some of these have set themselves up as gods; others have been made objects of worship by those who serve them.
The question you ask refers to false gods. It is interesting that in most Bible verses where the word “valueless” appears, it is applied to false gods. For example, Jehovah said to Israel: “You must not make valueless gods for yourselves, and you must not set up a carved image or a sacred pillar for yourselves, and you must not put a stone as a showpiece in your land in order to bow down toward it.” (Lev. 26:1) King David wrote: “Jehovah is great and very much to be praised, and he is to be feared more than all other gods. For all the gods of the peoples are valueless gods. As for Jehovah, he made the heavens.”—1 Chron. 16:25, 26.
The true God has shown mankind is existence the scripture at Romans 1:20 tells us “His [God’s] invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable.” The Creator left his imprint on his handiwork.
The bible reveals far more about him through its pages we can learn the answer to this vital question: What is God’s purpose for our earth and the humans who inhabit it? Learning the answer to that question can help you to draw closer to the God whose “invisible qualities are clearly seen” in the world around us.

It is our foolishness, our ignorance, that the monkey mind makes us even think that God is reluctant to show His existence to mankind. God doesn't need to show His existence, God is existent everywhere. God is Omnipresent, present everywhere, Omnipotent, all powerful, Omniscient, knows everything. It is we human beings who have a limited life, who have a limited understanding, we try to understand God, we try to fill our bathtub with the ocean, not realizing that we are so tiny, so insignificant compared to God. We even have the audacity, the guts to say that God is reluctant to show His power. We don't know God! How can we define God, how can we make such a statement? It is because of our ignorance.
so is there any point in saying "believe and you will be saved"?
