They look like they're moving underwater...all their limbs seem to dislocate all the time and it creeps me out. Anyone else have a problem with this?

Walt Disney started drawing cartoons about 1920, so you are talking about almost a century of work. He pioneered the technique of drawing a character's arms in a way that you couldn't tell exactly where they bent. Modern cartoons using the Disney name have clumsy artwork in which facial features move around and do not point in a common direction. Pixar flicks are even worse.
So it's not certain just what you are complaining about, but there are plenty of examples.
