They used to be good with unlimited fast 4g, but ever since T-Mobile One came their service is horrible. They make you pay full price on smartphones yet barely get the support you need when phone starts acting up unless you have warranty even. Customer Service sucks and seems Technician's were all trained by cavemen. Often times they blame what you're doing on your phone as reason for slow data and bad call quality when the real problem is them and their carrier.
And T-Mobile One was a HUGE downgrade. Tell me why they only decided to add unlimited HD video pass ONLY because Verizon recently went 'unlimited' yet later on removes it as it was stated limited time only? Why do they suck so badly? And the CEO of T-Mobile John Legere wants to trash talk the competitor's when his own company can't get shit done right. No wonder why RootMetrics rated them last place in reliability and speed on 4g lte. Am I the only one who feels like this? I spend nearly $100 every month just for their unlimited service and now I can't even watch Youtube videos without buffering even in 480p from inside my house. Cell spot is the only way around this. They had to give me that just to fix their slow data, yet they still won't admit that it's their carrier and not my new phone I got a few months from tgem. Why do they suck so bad?
It doesn't suck for others because either A. They are on their grandfathered plan B. They live somewhere in region (eastern) where the signal is better or C. Their plans and services meets their needs.
But that's not my topic. My question is why T-Mobile themselves as a company suck. If it doesn't suck for others than that's fine with them. My concern is with the company's CEO and the way they seem to handle their business affairs with customers. As it seems they've disregard everything that made them the "Uncarrier."
