I think A will be more possessive and A needs an attention all the time but if you are with the two in a group you have to give equal importance to all and don't raise expectations of others. Then, these problems may not occur.
well I don't think things are on the same pages she must have some very low expectations because she shouldn't be doing this might she be jealous or mad because you hang out with your other friends
It is very likely that friend A does like you but is embarrassed by you when around friend B. Or it may be that you are friend A's 'back-up friend'. Or there might be something happening between them concerning you.
